How to Use:
- Insert the plug in a electrical socket.
- Place WALKER on a hard and even surface (the best option to exercise is on the floor). Lie down; put your ankle on the footrest of the machine.
- Set the timer as per desired or capability. 15 minutes is the maximum time to exercise.
- Be relaxed, closed your eyes, let your body loose and free to move and the mind should be in the state of meditation.
